In the Boussey hamlet, in the Eure valley, Jean-Marie Lenfant welcomes you to the Clos de la Mare Farm. His family has been working these 130 hectares of land for 7 generations. Wheat, rye, corn, buckwheat and rapeseed are grown and milled on the farm. You will be able to see the oil press and the mill stone in the windmill working before finishing the visit in the shop that sells numerous local products.
Member of the network "Bienvenue à la Ferme", the shop of the Clos de la Mare Farm sells plenty of local produce: eggs, terrines, jams, foie gras… And of course the rapeseed oil and flours produced on the farm.
