In her charming watermill located on the bank of the Rouloir river, Mariane Guais, a food and garden enthusiast, welcomes you to her cooking workshops and classes to share her knowledge and know-how in organic, vegetarian and vegan cuisine. Heirloom or out-of-the-ordinary vegetables, edible flowers, berries, spices and herbs, wild plants, etc., harvested in the flower and vegetable garden adjoining the watermill are given pride of place in her unusual cooking workshops that always end with a friendly meal to share the healthy and surprising dishes prepared in the morning!
