In the heart of Normandy, the Ferme des Peupliers has been producing yogurts, dairy desserts and cream cheese entirely from the milk of its cows since 1963. From field to fork, it manages the entire process. A tour of the farm will allow you to get close to the 200 dairy cows, to pet the little calves, to understand how their food is produced and then to observe, from the outside thanks to the picture windows and the many information panels, the stages in the transformation of their milk into dairy products!
