In the small museum of the cider farm, learn how our ancestors used to make cider.

As you know, in Normandy, apple leads the fields! On her farm Manoir du Val, located in the Pays de Risle, Marie Bourut produces cider and Calvados using traditional techniques. Guardian of a traditional know-how that was handed down to her, this young woman has gathered various tools and equipment found on the farm. This is how she brought to life a picturesque little cider museum that testifies to techniques used in the old days. Among other things, you can see old cider presses, crushes, apple picking machines, etc.

Before you leave, stop by the farm shop for a gourmet break and try natural local products made on site. Marie's farm is certified organic.
