This is an original place in the heart of a typical Norman village. The Potager de Beaumesnil (Beaumesnil Kitchen Garden) is located in the vicinity of the chateau. It is dedicated to all forms of biodiversity. There is a wide range of traditional vegetables, as well as numerous heirloom varieties, such as the little-known "Pont-Audemer Bean". Don't miss the conservation kitchen garden that gathers a collection of almost 300 tomato varieties. In May, "Papotages au Potager" ("Chattering & Gardening") is the first event of the summer season, followed by equally fun ones.
Do not miss: the Festival des Mille et un légumes (1001 Vegetable Festival) during the last weekend of September.
