The Caboulet family has been growing apples for three generations at the Domaine des Hauts Vents, located 30 minutes south of Rouen. Sophie Caboulet will welcome you to the shop and tell you all about apple jelly, cider confit, apple juice, rosé cider, ice cider, vinegar, Pommeau, pear and Calvados liqueur and Calvados made on the farm. And Alain Caboulet will be delighted to show you around the 17th century manor house, the press house, cider works, cellar and the pot-still in the heart of the 30-hectare orchard.
